Attention All Florida & Texas Customers  

 

Avolve Software would like to announce expanded Support services for all customers in Florida impacted by Hurricane Irma and Texas impacted by Hurricane Harvey recently.  Avolve and its employees are committed to helping in the recovery effort.  Avolve understands that ProjectDox is a key part of assisting jurisdictions in performing the quickest and most efficient plan reviews for the massive rebuilding effort that is needed across the two states.

Florida and Texas customers that need immediate assistance related to Avolve's ProjectDox, Online Application Submittal or PlansAnywhere software applications, may call 602-903-3133 and speak with Gregory Linkous, Director of Support and Installations to receive prioritized Support.  Customers may also complete a Support request via Avolve's Support Portal and select "Hurricane Support" from the Issue Type dropdown for priority Support assistance.
