Files Not Being Moved to the Appropriate Folder After a Step in the Workflow

Description

If the workflow crashes when you reach the Batch Stamp step, the user that is designated for that role may not have the proper permissions. 

Solution

Update the workflow template to a generic user account, strictly used for stamping purposes. This will ensure that it would no longer be tied to an individual's account. For example, if the employee assigned to the Batch Stamp step in the workflow should quit, permissions will be revoked and the process will be stalled. A generic user account specific to this task will keep this problem from surfacing.
